Hello, I’m Henry Coleman — creator of SoulFrame Journal.
Hello, I’m Henry Coleman — creator of SoulFrame Journal.
SoulFrame Journal is deeply personal to me. It was born from care, reflection, and a belief that people deserve a gentler space to pause, process, and feel supported.
In 2018, I went through a very difficult period in my life. I felt physically, emotionally, and mentally low. With therapy, reflection, podcasts, and the support of loved ones, I slowly began to rebuild. That chapter taught me the value of self-kindness, patience, and the understanding that healing is rarely linear.
I created SoulFrame Journal to offer something I wish I’d had at that time: a calm, compassionate space to reflect, express myself, and reconnect with what was true. A quiet companion for difficult days. A gentle tool for clarity, honesty, and small steps forward.
This is more than a journaling app to me. It is a space built with heart. A place where technology meets humanity in a softer, more thoughtful way.
The AI Journal is not just about writing things down. It’s about making space for yourself. It’s about noticing what you feel, understanding your inner world a little more clearly, and finding your rhythm again — in your own way and in your own time.
I’ve built SoulFrame Journal with openness, care, and intention. It reflects both my lived experience and my hope that digital tools can feel more human, more supportive, and more respectful of what people may be carrying.
If SoulFrame Journal gives someone even a few moments of calm, clarity, or comfort, then it is doing what I hoped it would do.
Whether you’ve come here curious, overwhelmed, hopeful, or simply looking for a quieter space, thank you for being here.
And if SoulFrame Journal resonates with you, I’d love to hear from you — whether that’s your story, your thoughts, or simply a hello.
With warmth,
Henry
